Shipping Policy


HANDLING:

All items are subject to a handling period before they are dispatched:

After an order has been placed, it is promptly sent to our fulfillment center where we will ship your item(s) within 1–2 business days.

SHIPPING:

Some countries charge extra and those costs are not our costs. We are not responsible for those costs and will not refund them.

Currently we offer discounted shipping at $1.75.
We offer free shipping on all orders over $30.00.

Locations:
United States Only (48 States*) – Estimated arrival: 1–2 Business Days**

*We currently do not ship to Hawaii or Alaska
**This does not include our 1–2 business day processing time

If you have not received your order within the expected time frame listed above, please allow at least 2–3 more days before contacting us to check on the status of your shipment.

We will notify you with a tracking number by email once your items have shipped. It may take a few days after shipment for the tracking number to become active on the courier’s system. If the tracking information hasn’t appeared yet, please try again later.

RETURNS:

For returns, please reach out to us directly at Support@JavaFactory.com.

Do you provide tracking information?

Yes! You will receive an email once your order ships containing your tracking number. If you haven’t received tracking info within 7 days, please contact us.

My tracking says “no information available at the moment.”

For some shipping companies, it takes 2–7 business days for tracking to update in the system. If your order was placed more than 7 business days ago and there’s still no tracking info, please contact us.
