The Quiet Start
It's now been a month since the launch of Flavor 52 and in truth it's been going well - we have hundreds of great subscribers that are coming along this journey with us but we won't pretend the first few weeks looked like a movie montage showing tons of action. They didn't.
We had hoped for an explosive opening.
Instead, we realized that we got something more valuable.
Time.
Time to fix fulfillment. Time to improve the website. Time to listen to customers. Time to learn what people understood immediately and what we needed to explain better.
Flavor52 isn't a one-day launch.
It's a 52-week promise.
If this project succeeds, it won't be because of one big month. It'll be because we kept the new flavor is coming every Monday.
